They've been going to bed at this time and waking up earlier (before 9 am), since monday when the businesses reopened. Now I suppose that they may want to enjoy more time of the day, since the clothing stores and other services reopened. When they were in lock down they usually were going to bed later and waking up between 10 and 11 am
