All owned by foreign interests. Just like our National Parks. As for privately owned alternative roadways, I've honestly never heard of such a thing. How in the world do they get the rights and the easement allowances? Plus everything in the Leftist State is alternative. One can only hope for the 'Big One', and Las Vegas becomes oceanfront property.
