To few voyeur-style sites

It's a shame there isn't a healthy market competition online for voyeur porn sites. There are basically only 2 big options, VH and RLC. I believe they would benefit from a little bigger competition, or at least we consumers would. 

What's the reason for the lack of options? Isn't there enough money for more sites to co-exist? 

The dream would be a community managed project, where the consumer had a large say in the management and better payment to the participants.

I'm just guessing here, but I believe it's a legal issue. Location is a big one, Russia for example, all the houses in that country had to move. Also privacy, you have to make sure only participants are allowed on cam, no children for example. I think it's just too much trouble for what profit can be made. It is a shame I'd love to see more sites like this.

I'm surprised a Czech version hasn't popped up. A lot of porn is produced there, pretty widespread poverty. Perfect conditions for a project.
