No.

Think about it. Everything else is built on the cheap and they're going to have a sophisticated drying and ventilation system just to dry dishes? No.

And what about the stuff they just jam into drawers? A drying system in there also? No.

And what about the dishes I've seen them stack one upon another? A system for that? No.

Of course, a bigger concern for me than any of this is watching one of the girls eat off a spoon, feed the cat with it and then continue eating with the same spoon. No thank you.

Maybe we're just too clean here in the West.

Maybe I should keep my Oreos in one of my socks.

You can say NO as much as you want, think about it, it doesn't make you right!

I only wrote what I can see. The cupboards have dish racks in them. The rest was speculation, which is better than anything you have offered.

Lots of pet lovers are not concerned about catching germs or bacteria from their pets, because they know where they have been, not that I would share utensils.

Sounds like you are a germaphobe.

Not to get in the middle of this but have have kissed my cats and dogs since I can remember.  When I visit my sister the cat sleeps with me.  Now a stra that is different.
