Leora and Paul had just left the apartment when all of a sudden they are back in their previous positions in the kitchen. Maybe they just want to show Leora in her underwear! It was only like a five min span from them leaving to coming back in and getting undressed to what they were wearing. Maybe they went out to smoke or something.
