albacore Posted April 9, 2014 Share Posted April 9, 2014 I have tried to sign up for RLC but I am using a debit card cleared through Metabank and apparently they will not authorized anything from whatever country RLC or Segpay Bills from. It worked before but no longer. I can use the card other places but nor RLC. I email them about it and they said they only take Visa and MC which I am using with no luck. Either they changed the country they are billing from or it has been added to some watch list. I can not understand why they do not take paypal. Any one have any wisdom here? However the issue here is new as this has work numerous times for me at RLC and now it no longer does. Apparently something to do with the country their billing comes through being flagged.
