I think he will play, otherwise he would have already gone home.

Plane departed
The Red Devils have left for Munich. Among them are Eden Hazard and Kevin De Bruyne. The two are currently struggling with (minor) injuries and had to be replaced early on Sunday in the eighth final against Portugal. De Bruyne is struggling with the ankle, Hazard with the hamstrings. They also did not train with the group today. Timothy Castagne, who has been with the group since yesterday, also got on the plane.

Historical: BelgiumItaly

  • The number of previous confrontations between Belgium and Italy. The balance is strongly tilted towards Italy, which won 14 times. There were 4 draws and Belgium only won 4 times.
  • The only victory in an official match came for the Devils in the quarterfinals of the European Championship in 1972. Since then, the Belgians have been unable to win 3 matches in a major tournament against Italy.
  • At the European Championship of 1980 it remained 0-0, but that was enough for the Red Devils to reach the final. At the 2000 European Championship, Italy won 2-0 and the Italians did it all over again at the previous European Championship, in 2016.

Giorgio Chiellini played the match of his life, and Chiesa, Insignia
were also great. We had a few who really performed below their level.

That's very honest my friend 👌. I missed the national anthems, but Mrs Naga said the Italians were really into it. The passion of the Italians from the anthems to the final whistle and beyond was tremendous. Chiellini epitomised the whole team...
We've a tough match tomorrow, but another chance to hopefully meet Italy in the final if we can perform...
