     You know your feeling pretty rough in the morning when you don't feel like doing much else other than staying in bed most of the day. Those two women probably would have been feeling a little better by now than it seems they may be if they had tried to drink lots of water shortly after they first woke up since water flushes the body of some of it's toxins.

Or having a good walk outside for half an hour, get some fresh air would have helped too. Clearly there were no Wednesday plans for either.

       That probably would have helped them some too rather than laying down most of the day. But, I know how it is when someone doesn't feel good and if someone feels bad enough, they usually don't want to do much else other than lay down somewhere. Sometimes folks have to force themselves to do things to try to get to feeling better when they are feeling bad enough.

Drink fruit juices or sweet drinks such as teas or coffee with sugar or honey;

Drink pure and strong coffee

Take homemade serum to rehydrate faster

Sleep a little longer than usual as it helps.;
