But by planned actions, this is the most promising apartment in all project. Again, if you do not want to watch routine/naked cooking day by day, or bad theater in +7 apartments, this apartment is only one who plans something interesting and unpredictable. Party on Friday. There will be many people (however 40+ category). And it will probably be closed quickly on site. Since so much guests will be impossible to control normally, and they have big club experience (swing/BDSM club) - therefore it will be very easy to find reason to give -500$ and close apartment. 1
