Of course he backed out.  It is part of the script.  Everyday, they do a bit more. A week ago, the blond guy was not even removing his underwear.  Now he walks naked.  Next week, they may kiss a bit more. It is like a soap.  Every episode disclose a tiny bit more of the story.  Flora hopes to do lots of mileage and last several months on this scenario.  Al long as viewers are checking out her apartment, she enjoys it and cash in.

If people don't like this type of script,  I suggest to visit  Candy White's appartment.  I can confirm that there is no script there.
