Sorry to say this , but I think she’s just showing to the members that she’s currently “ thinking “ a lot and that many things  trouble her mind ( the shisha one more proof to distract her thoughts )  .. I agree with the opinion of many that she’s in total mess with the things she has in her head and in my opinion , she’s trapped due to her choices she has made . We hardly ever see Leora when she has her period not feeling well , I doubt then  that it was due to her period last night’s early going to sleep only to stay awake till morning hours .. ( which actually is of little interest because of nothing happening we are in endless loops of speculating what’s going on ) .
