As far as I am concerned, this is total bullshit. You cannot win a war or stop an enemy if they are allowed to shoot artillery and missiles from an area where they know they will not be attacked. Putin has the West scared and he knows it. It allows him to do whatever he wants with Ukraine. and possibly other countries in Europe. Ukraine should be allowed to use he weapons he is given without restrictions. Allowing Russia and Belarus to fire into Ukraine without retaliation is insane. 1
