Trying to figure out what is going on with Isabella & Marcello

I have never seen alcohol served in this apartment.  I find it strange that Marcello blamed his (fling) on booze.  I may be wrong on this and if so pls correct me.  It does seem that the harshness and fighting has quieted down.

I do feel that it will continue, unfortunaltely.  As someone with a law enforcement background long ago, I want to jump through the screen and break it up.  It is frustrating to sit, listen and be able to do nothing about it.

I'm just a writer. I only wrote obituaries for people: many were victims of crime, and some were first responders -- law enforcement and firefighters -- and some were the perps. That's fucking real life.

They went out but I think they left some clothing and more things in the guest room, so I guess they are coming back to sleep there.
