In this day of modern technology...Is there any kind of program that converts or translates Speech to talk or Text? So..maybe we all can see and hear what is going on. But right now, translation programs cannot understand slang or idiomatic phrases very well, and they cannot understand a particular human's voice commands without training. Maybe the NSA, MI6, FSB, or the Communist Chinese have this capability, but I assure you, it would be a closely guarded state secret. Just wait for the development of quantum computers.
