albacore Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 Has RLC ever responded to anyone about the very poor lagging and freeze up issues? It makes no sense to have a site that is in this condition. Very bad today. I do not see how they would expect me (or anyone) to pay to see this bad quality. The idea is very good but if it can not be used in a way that does not totally frustrate the person watching it is worthless. I would like to know if they have ever addressed this as an issue.
1337nl Posted August 3, 2014 Posted August 3, 2014 I used there customersupport once to get some answers on questions i had. Most of them were not even replied to... Loading one of the cams takes me a minute in some appartments today. Lets hope they fix things fast.
