No, that is not my point. My reason for not liking Esmi is not that I think she should just give in to the pressure to do this or that. Like the show-girls, who do things just for the cameras. I am not a fan of that either. But I feel Esmi has done the other opposite, which kind of has the same effect. She is holding back, moderating her behaviour and being very conscious of how much she shares. Some things were kept completely away from the apartment. Like, how many nights every week did she spend at somewhere else? If it was a friend, or a boyfriend, we might never know. Not once did anyone follow her home. If she had had any interest in the project, she could at least have let that happen from time to time. But no, she kept it completely off-camera.
