I agree, I always thought Elettra led her in the wrong direction. I see she has good people skills. She's also a very good person as well, IMO. However, Elettra should have known better more than Raniya. But, Raniya should've also known better as well. I'm sure she was guided by the company before/when she was hired. What they did could have and still can cost the company a lot because of what happened.
