It's easy to control the populace and intimidate your enemy by using the threat of a tax audit. Manipulating the media is hard work, and obviously the FBI leaders have accidentally revealed their shenanigans thanks to Elon Musk. Also, using the 4th floor windows for intimidation like Putin does can be a bit messy and can lead to stains on the sidewalk below, and endangering "homeless" vagrants and junkies who live there. Joe said the classified documents were secure in the garage where his Corvette was stored, but the photo clearly shows Hunter driving the Corvette with two unidentified women in it.
