Für das Führen von Auto, Motorboot, Flugzeug, Berufe wie Arzt, Krankenschwester ........ - für alles ist ein Nachweis der Befähigung notwendig. Erziehung von Kindern ist eine sehr anspruchsvolle und verantwortungsvolle Aufgabe. Und ausgerechnet hier sind Kinder auf Erziehungskünste ihrer Eltern angewiesen, welche allzu oft total überfordert sind. Folgen sind bekannt. Warum nicht Kurse für potentielle Eltern mit Psychologie und anderen Fächern. Abschluss mit eine Art "Führerschein" für Kindererziehung.
