What they do outside can only be discussed if it is discussed in front of the cameras, for the rest, what happens outside stays outside. Right or wrong it is. You pay but you don't have the right to force the tenants to do something they are not obliged to do by any regulation. If that were the case, no one would agree to participate in a project where you have an obligation to host someone every month or once a week. You decide whether to pay or not.
