USA ist ein klassisches Einwanderungsland, Deine Familie ist auch eingewandert. Das Problem ist, diese Menschen vernünftig und systematisch zu integrieren, auszubilden und dem Arbeitsmarkt zuzuführen. Das ist schwierig, aber das machen wir in der Praxis offenbar besser. Neben Flüchtlingen haben wir Mangel an Fachkräften - und ich denke das gilt auch für Dein Land, längerfristig. Nur abschieben kann nicht die einzige Lösung sein - kreativ sein.
