BF's argument with Sara (I believe), was Lali trying to make BF take part in the porn show in LR. He claimed to be a gentlemen (so no), which I actually believe is true. I think there are two different base salary levels. One level is for those on vacation. Another level, probably a lower amount, for those on long-term contracts, Masha for example. But there is only one pool of bonus money. And the base salary of those on long-term contracts is adjusted by location, for cost-of-living differences. Rome is more expensive than Montenegro. They were thinking about going the three of them, Sara's friend, her guy and Sara, but would split up in town. Her friend was going shopping and Sara had a date/appointment she was vague about. I didn't really see an argument, if people meant the conversation in the hallway next to the Elevator. Lali ran up to Sara to snitch about him and Ney kissing. Well, at first she just said that he had to tell Sara something, which is why Sara seemed a little annoyed maybe because she had no information. All Lali was saying, also to him was "you have something to tell her (Sara). Then mentioned Ney. But the relationship dynamic between him and Sara is not monogamous. Later, while most people seemed to be watching the low production value porn show in the living room I listened to the conversation between Sara and her guy, and honestly, like you said, I don't think he is a bad guy. He's not my type, but he does care for Sara, and they seem to have a very honest and open relationship thing going.
