Her cheek bones are different. She's wearing a robe instead of the same fleece green dowdy pajamas. It's a fairly close look-alike. I might agree with her being a sister if she speaks Russian or Ukrainian. If it were the original Nora, then something really bad happened back home. REALLY BAD. But i'd have to agree with F.T. Squirrel Esq. Unless it is relative or she went through a huge life change (which could have happen) it doesn't seem to be her.
