Tenants are usually gone the same day the apartment gets taken offline.  RLC is just too damn lazy to remove the name and add another later when it's suitable.

These ones at RLC are on the ball.

They say Gyan & Dantez left the project yesterday but they were actually gone September 8th when the apartment went offline.  Get with it RLC.
