According to Harvard Medical School, this translates to approximately 40-55 calories per hour, or 320-440 calories during an 8-hour sleep period. The amount of calories burned increases according to body weight. So, a person who weighs 150 pounds might burn 46 calories an hour or between 322 and 414 calories a night. And a person who weighs 185 pounds might burn around 56 calories or between 392 and 504 calories for a full night of sleep. Now factor in how many hours Linda sleeps per day, how many minutes she exercises per day, how much calories of food and drinks she enjoys per day and how much daily activities she does on average every day - where do you see her direction in terms of weight and overall body shape? I think Linda's best best to lose weight sooner and get back her slim figure is to sleep more, Fuhgeddaboudit about the limited exercising and try fasting (no food and perhaps no drinks).
