In the old days she was more dedicated to her fan base than she is now and she would be more or less 24/7 as you say, but here in Prague she is at best not including " sleeping time " 4-5 /24 the rest of the time is outdoor leisure. Plus the 4-5 hours availability nowadays is also liable to be influenced by Paul at any time. As I stated earlier she is on an all inclusive vacation, and good luck to her while it lasts. If people are fools enough to pay to watch (Groundhog Day )a repetitive event then so be it.
