jimbo4 Posted April 15, 2015 Posted April 15, 2015 I am having problems downloading files from the attachment centre,everything else is functioning well on the site apart from this problem. Is anyone else experiencing any problems with this operation.

Is anyone else experiencing any problems with this operation. Seems to work fine for me. I just click download file underneath the file description and it starts downloading.
jimbo4 Posted April 15, 2015 Author Posted April 15, 2015 That's what I do, but for the past 2 days nothing happens and I also cant shift through the pages. I'm puzzled.

Might be your Internet Browser have you tried a different one to see what happens. I use Internet Explorer 11 and it seems to work fine. Every browser seems to have different settings for certain features.
jimbo4 Posted April 16, 2015 Author Posted April 16, 2015 Strangely enough for no apparent reason it is now working well again........although I didn't have to resort to your suggestion SC it was very much appreciated.
