Edited to add, it seems that this is the first time that Hawk has met this guy.

It now seems that what is happening at B-4 at the moment is a pre-party, and that Hawk and Madison will be going to another party.

I won't make any friends with this, but if that fridge eater is allowed to chase the girls for more than a week, then you can't blame Tantra for coming along too, he even brings his own food, it's just a shame that there probably won't be a party for Karma.
