Probably will take a month or so for the new tenant to arrive, so it will be no problem.

Also, I believe that Eris will not stay for too long. Maybe until the end of January. So if we are lucky the new tenant will arrive by then.

Let's remember that we still have an empty room in B7 and B1.

By her conversations with Mag it seems that she still have some business in Germany. Maybe this season is slow for modeling and trade shows.

I think she doesn't fit here too. She doubts if she wants to go further. Doesn't do much except reading and is more outside the apt. than inside. That's a pity, because it's a beautiful and nice lady, maybe the most beautiful of all.

Knowing videos etc get posted online, we'll be lucky to see anything different from what she does already.
