Kat and Vesna talking with Sharon.  They both are spending the night in B-4.  They seem to be in a holding pattern.  Perhaps they are waiting for an apartment to open up.  Maybe they will re-appear on XLife.  

And perhaps they have the same agency as other past tenants.  'Working' for this agency may give them certain privileges, such as allowing them to store their possessions in B-4 while they are in this transition.

The precedent for living out of your suitcases at the bottom of the stairs was Holly.  Nadia most recently kept some of her stuff in the penthouse, and moved it when Sara moved out.  It may be that Nadia knew beforehand that she, Sara, and Karma would share an apartment, which is why she stored stuff in the penthouse.

Whilst it is possible it is unlikely given that the RLC timeline states they have both 'left the project'.

$100k/month of staff in spain, that should give you a support team of 15 to 20 ppl depending on their skill level, or 10 superstars. 

And somehow, I doubt that they employ people in Spain for that, most likely in a more eastern country where wages are lower.

Also, running 10 cams or 100 cams is pretty much the same if you did your job right (hardware failure excepted). I worked for a company that used to make realtime interactive applications (even used once for a major us sport event) we could have 10k user to over a million. Except for the us event, we had one person supervising it, not even a technical one (so sub-level 1, with a level 1 on call). Everything was running on the cloud and scaling up and down automatically. 

Regarding your question, I'll give you the definition of their official metric : "A visit specifies the period of time between the moment a user opens his browser and closes it. Keep in mind that a visit can also be counted when a browser is left inactive for a specified amount of time before the user returns to the site." (they use Google Analytics)

That being said, I agree that my guestimate could be totally off, especially because I went to fast and mixed visit and visitors ! But I was quite large with the running costs.

But let's take it the other way around and keep those costs as if they were accurate. So even without streaming a single second, they have to pay 300K€/month. At 18.31€ the sub, that's a bit over 16K subs. Sounds doable for a service of 10+ years (I'm not counting hosting now, as they have factored it in the sub price (maybe they lose a bit, maybe they win a bit, let's call it even)).
