there has been many returnee's over the years that have been a disappointment. so it's nothing new.

Looking at Bogdan add the packed boxes in the hall, it is almost certain that he and Nelly will depart in the next several days.  As there is no cam in the garage, it is impossible to tell how mow much is already packed there and waiting for the moving van.  Some stuff may have already been moved.

Difficult to gauge where Alberto and Jade are with respect to their moving out of their apartment.  But I now doubt that N&B will move to that apartment.  Several days or more of cleaning, repair, etc. await before anyone else moves in.
