The last fight I remember in B2 was Sambuka and Harley on the balcony after Sambuka threw her drinking glass at her Arab looking fella. Esmi then told Sambuka to sort her shit out elsewhere.

B2 seems to be the common theme here when it comes to fights.

Not forgetting Gypsy putting Zabava on the floor last year in their now closed apartment.
