I was referring, and providing a counterargument to Maxbell (who I should have quoted too, I was too fast in quoting just you) who said there's not much point in activating the cameras in that room again as it's empty anyway.

As for the reason why Lilith's old room is UM, there are indeed many possibilities.

A clue towards it's 'usability' might be whether we see Jessi entering to hide there regularly or not.

Nelly & Bogdan's old quarters in B7 are still offline too, so I hope longtime UM rooms don't become a habit, becoming spots for guests or Jessis to hide.
