I agree with you "end of the month bonus" means tenants leaving it that late so to earn maximum money at that time so they are secure for the start of the month, gradually spending and then do the same again at end of the month and cycle continues. This is norm in everyday life. That's why most people on her wait for the end of the month parties because that's how these tenants operate most of the time for their own financial stability. 1
Run Bingo Posted April 1 Posted April 1 I think a lot of people here haven't talked to the payroll people in their company and asked them how payroll works, because - from my experience - most companies don't do payroll the exact day the payroll period ends. It usually pays out a week later. There's a lag so they can catch up on missed time-clock punch-ins and punch-outs and verify sick/vacation days, etc. I can't imagine a company as... "lax"... as RLC is paying people base on timecodes as specific as 00:00:00 on the 31st/1st. Especially given that those timecodes change on XLife, depending on what camera you're viewing. And, as I said earlier, even if RLC does that, this event took place entirely in April.

Agree 1000% and to be honest I don't quite know why the topic of end of month bonus would be brought up AGAIN by the same person lol. Nobody cares, we are just chatting and we will believe what we wish, no harm in that at all and I strongly believe RLC triggers them all into doing something 'good' and will earn themselves a Brucey Bonus/Free Party or even a new toy of some sort...and everyone's as happy as a pig in s**t.

Bang on...and what I will add is I don't think CC or XCF has any bearing on decisions made on RLC when making changes because the number of RLC and perhaps even XLife subbers will outweigh CC and XCF users/subbers by a huge number. What is clear though is the tenants AND RLC monitor both sites and I can say that without ANY doubts after Masha screenshot a convo I was in on XCF which she posted on her IG which I later saw and also RLC banned me for a while after I posted an RLC screenshot on XCF page back in 2018. I'm only back because I did some grovelling lol...my bad, I'm a bit of a rebel...or rather WAS but not anymore. I just piss people off here from time to time and get added to users 'ignore' list lol. 1
