Maybe the neighbours dont allow that for privacy reasons? Or maybe you could see a well known place or building of Barcelona there, and they dont want to give that info to possible stalkers? No idea, only speculations, but there could be lot of reasons., but I dont think RLCis giving them so much extra cam-free-space intentionally. 1
