After a while, watching tenants is just not that exciting anymore, especially if they've been there for a while, even the good looking ones. While a guest girl is new & fresh & "uncharted territory" in this regard. Feels like a bit more of a voyeur experience than watching a "professional" tenant. Of course, like already stated, I can't expect the same things from guest girl as from a tenant (even though some guest girls showed more than some tenants), but it would have been nice nonetheless. Oh well, if she keeps visiting Bart, she might become more comfortable undressing, or just sloppy after a while. We'll have to see. 2
