The arrival of the guest.  Bart gives guest a brief tour.

The guest looks like a girl to me.  Is she going to N&B's suite? 

If she is to go to B-4, then Bart would not have given her a quick tour of B-7.  Perhaps they don't have a key to N&B's suite, and she is waiting for Fior or somebody to arrive with a key.

In the past, when Sara had the penthouse, there were several guests that stayed for a few days in B-4, with Sara acting as the innkeeper.
