Zoe is back . . . cant even remember when she left, must have been away the whole day.

Sporty never brought extra clothes other than what she was wearing when she left.  Based on that, she stayed far longer than was originally planned. To do so, she borrowed Eleanora's clothes and cosmetics.  I expect she will be back for another visit, and perhaps as a tenant.  She became less shy as the days passed.  Would not surprise me if Eleanora shared some of her earnings.

Sporty could be a fashion model, and perhaps she has a booking.  She surely lives in Barcelona.

Question: where does sporty nick name comes from? There is nothing sporty about her, she just dresses like a normal lesbian.
