Even the not very social tenants become at least somewhat social when he's around. The women seem to love the way he flirts with them and at worst get him to slow down if he goes "too far" (according the mind readers here...). And because the people here (all males for some reason) hate him. That makes him a pervert, predator, etc...? Yeah, no projection here... unbelievable. People complain about the women not doing anything, just watching their phones all day, etc... Wolf shows up and people are socializing and hanging out together... (But he has access to women I want!
