Looks like Florence has ruined the bed sheets, covered in bright pink stains, presumably from something she has been wearing lately being as she likes the colour pink it seems from her clothes.

Sara's arrival in B-4 several days ago.  Following her arrival, she and Madison went out to the terrace and talk for about two hours and 30 minutes.

Sara is still there.  On the night of August 31, she slept with Madison in her bed.  Where is she sleeping after that?  I don't know.  Maybe in the B&N apartment in B-7?

Why is she there?  I don't know.  I have viewed Sara as someone who is well-connected to the owners of RLC.  And if I were looking at her arrival from a business standpoint, I would say she is there to assess what needs to be done with regard to the present situation in B-4 and B-7, and Madison's future role, either as a tenant in B-4, a tenant elsewhere, or retiring from RLC.

She was just there as a friend, just like we seen her in the past sleeping some nights in b5. I don't think there is more to it.
