But i think Ada has a somewhat weak temperament and if she starts to dislike things more, there could be verbal arguments.

You can see it in the eyebrows. 😉 On the surface this seems like a complete mismatch of tenants. You would think this would have been obvious from the get-go, probably the applications or interviews or what ever the screening process is. How does this happen??
