Regular tenants, even when pretty and "active", get boring rather soon (to me at least)... In fact, all apartments should have guest girls more often! I never really cared about Masha or Carla & Yanai themselves, but tuned in when they had cute guest girls over (brought by Don Juan in the latter case, a regular guest of C&Y, and in the case of Masha: her couchsurfers). Too bad those apartments are gone... 1

Though some people on here only follow 1 or 2 apartments (Leora is probably the most striking example of this phenomenon), so they get frustrated if that particular apartment is empty for some time, instead of exploring others. 1
