I looked at the replay imagery again. There is a glass railing along the perimeter of the terrace above Adeline and Markus' balcony. This means one of two things. (1) there is a rooftop terrace that can be accessed by all tenants living in the building. (2) there is a penthouse apartment with a large terrace. If (1), that would mean that the RLC tenants could disappear there for off-cam sex in good weather. If (2), either the occupants of the penthouse are associated with RLC but are not on cam, or the occupants of the penthouse have nothing to do with RLC. I tend to think the former, because the outside cams on the A&M balcony would be noticed, and unless A&M are exhibitionists, their sex on the balcony could easily be watched by occupants of the penthouse.

If one looks at replay full screen, one sees an architectural decorative cornice on the structure that is above their apartment. Below the cornice, the posts and glass panels for a railing can be seen. The posts and glass are similar to what can be seen as a protective railing on M&A's balcony at the very left of the replay image. If it is not a penthouse, apartment it is an accessible roof-top terrace.

Rooftop structures such as what can be seen here are often penthouses for mechanical equipment: e.g., elevator overruns; chillers and air handlers for central air conditioning units. These would also include a stairwell with a door giving access to the roof-top. So that is a definite possibility. However, if this were a mechanical penthouse, then the decorative cornice is an unnecessary expense as it does not seem this cornice can be seen from the street. Also, the glass-topped protective railing is another unnecessary architectural expense if only maintenance workers have access to the rooftop. And this is an added maintenance cost as well; --to periodically wipe away the dirt and film from polluted air. --------------- In looking at the floor-plan for A&M's apartment, that part of the structure that can be seen on the rooftop is directly above A&M's kitchen. I think it unlikely that duct-work for the building's utilities would run to the roof behind the walls in A&M's kitchen.
