The “ RLC Barcelona “ nowadays society is a circle , former ( mostly ) tenants suggest to newcomers to join the project and they guarantee for the money and conditions. “ The Mystery Man “ seems to be a guy who is familiar due to an ex tenant ( not only Elvina ) and have increased his “ tenants circle “ , but I also see on him a guy that girls feel really comfortable with and around him .

Yesterday evening Annette was kissing his hands , after their session , in the kitchen ,  kind of a move that I interpret showing her appreciation to his “ skills “ and the way he managed to “ bring her in the mood “ and ultimately satisfy her . I saw this with Eleonora too ( that’s why they repeated the sessions ) and of course with Elvina . 
 

I would like to see him with other tenants in the villas and see how it is .

So why did he begin to show up only after Elvina joined the project, and why he only shows up in B2 while Elvina is around?

The real question should be why Elvina has left the project ( showing in B2 occasionally doesn’t show me that was her decision ) when she comes and visits the current tenants , why not continue with a standard free rent and monthly income while also having her job ( assuming that the reason of her departure was that she has a “ real life “ work outside preventing her from being a tenant ) . 
 

For me , he is just another “ Wolf “ / Massimo guy , it just happens to know Elvina as Massimo knows Danaya for example or Wolf knows Neytiri  .

In a way , it is fun to have questions , I am sure it has been discussed amongst tenants but we can’t simply follow the conversations .

Elvina left the project because it was RLC's decision. Elvina and Eleonora left the project so that Annette and Lavika could join.

I haven’t read  this information here  , thanks for sharing then as I feel that others will also appreciate . 
 

Lavika didn’t seem to me like a “ predetermined “ move from RLC organized for a long time , rather than an “ emergency “ call up to fill in an empty bed  . This is my own theory , with Elvina , when you have girls for over a year as tenants , I would personally as a subscriber question RLC’s decision to show the “ exit “ to Elvina who seemed to respect the project and being a girl that the other tenants liked . For example , I would show Zoe the “ exit “ who doesn’t care for her stay rather than Elvina . 
 

I know FOR SURE that the major reason that RLC can ask a tenant to depart is that they don’t spend enough time in the apartment and they often are absent . Obviously , this  isn’t applying to all tenants , but then , these particular tenants have proven their value and commitment and are kind of “ untouchable “ ( I speak here for Ulyana and Harley mostly  that they are often away , but these girls have proven themselves , we now have another one having moved in this category with even more benefits and this is Madison ) . 
 

I am always making questions when - personally - i can’t justify any action seeing on cameras or when ( obviously ) haven’t read a post here explaining a situation . Now , if Elvina’s departure had been previously explained , then my bad as I didn’t read the post when it was mentioned .

Elvina was also constantly away from the apartment. How many times we saw this apartment empty or only Eleonora there? Not to mention her vacations. 

Are you really sure that being absent is a major factor for a girl to be kicked from the project? Because I believe some that spend much more time out of the apartment then inside and were given multiple opportunities to return. Unless by absent you mean vacations.

This I have been told , I know that girls couldn’t get absent for a long period , they would jeopardize their stay . Zoe obviously is a scandal that she’s with the project , I mean comparing her with Elvina that RLC then asked her to depart . Eleonora was fine , in the morning she would go to the beach and the RLC apartment was her “ official “ residency , I can’t say the same with Zoe , I just say it for her as a general feeling on how she “ uses “ her stay in the apartment, I have said my opinion about her , having even the master bedroom , I mean , come on . This should be Lavika’s for example and how much dedication she had to her employer during her previous stay . 
 

Absence I mean holidays , I don’t mind girls being absent but I expect being “ active “ socially and “ mentally “ present when they are hired for this job . I don’t “ feel “ it for Zoe , as for Annette , I was very strict judging her but she’s a unique individual with a different presence on cameras and me personally being a fan of the “ different “ , I have l learned to appreciate her stay , I just won’t not knowing what to expect which for me is a major voyeur’s benefit . Yesterday I was “ shocked “ to watch this incident with “ The Mystery Man “ .
