We also don’t know the “ status “ of all of the other apartments that are under the XLife project . For the main RLC HQ nowadays based in Europe , with Bogdan still under RLC payroll , I can’t think that RLC has no “ secret / off cameras “ apartments , it could always be a “ safety “ back up plan in case anything would occur . In any case , the business is more than good for them currently , with all operations now happening in 4 different countries , it is safe to say that the business is going excellently. From what I got in a conversation between Zab and Dayana, Day told her that XLife only pay her the money for the rent and utilities. It makes sense since Rachel only has a room and they have many places in Bali and many other countries. I really doubt that RLC would be renting all that. We also saw the tenants moving to other apartments quite easily.
moules Posted September 17 Posted September 17 I think it unlikely that all three contracts had the same end-of-contract date. The three girls arrived weeks and months apart. I doubt RLC would have the foresight to end their contracts on the same future date. Which would leave two contract choices: (1) subsequently amending all three contracts to end at the same time (which the girls would be aware of well in advance, and could make plans accordingly), or (2) convert a contract to an at-will type of contract, which has no end date, and the term of employment is decided by RLC. Under an at-will contract, RLC could give a tenant little notice about when the contract ended and the tenant had to leave. A contract could be terminated early for cause; e.g., bad or criminal behavior. If a contract is for a fixed period of time, and RLC simply wants a tenant to leave before the end of the contract date, RLC generally would be obligated to continue paying the participant until the contract end-date, even if the participant was no longer on-cam. 1

We can agree that it is a business 😉, for what NOONE knows is if this business is registered as ANY business so as to pay the normal taxes to the government(s) 😉 . But for the “ complication “ of running a - let’s say - rather unusual business , many changes happening , starting the business in Russia , expanding in Czech Republic , Italy and Spain and ultimately taking all of their business to even more countries like Montenegro and Poland, i believe it is a successful model for the last 14 years 😇

My belief is that RLC took advantage of the 'golden visa' rule and bought properties in Spain to obtain 'golden' visas, and avoid Schengen restrictions. Spain ended the 'golden visa' on April 3, 2025, although applications for a 'golden visa' that were being processed on April 3 will be processed, and potentially allow for 'golden visas' to be awarded after April 3..

This is great information and thanks for sharing here , I was wrong then but seeing all the adjustments over the years and the last one when Martina left and it was UM for a long time , I really thought it was RLC ownership . That’s always the benefit of speaking the native language 😊

Several times, I have referred to a villa that is not on-cam but which possibly has some association. with RLC. Maghdela described this villa to another tenant in B-2. Maghdela said the villa was where the 'beautiful' girls lived. I do not know whether any RLC tenants have also lived at this villa, although Tani comes to mind as someone who may have. My apologies villa, using the word mystery is no different to you saying, 'a villa that is not on-cam but which possibly has some association. with RLC'

For me and when LOOOOOTS of money is involved , it is one thing what we learn “ on paper “ and what it is “ off papers “ . We have lots also going on with the golden visas in my country but the subject is much more sensitive than what appears to be .

We know that B1, 2 and at least B4 are rented. Also the apartments that aren't online anymore like B6, Harley's and Zabava's. So why would RLC buy the other apartments?

While none of us know who owns what I think their is a good chance the original Russian owners of RLC could well own both B4 and B7 but maybe not the people that now run RLC who are based in Cyprus, however the directors of RLC have very Russian, Ukrainian sounding names so that is probably a front company to the original owners anyway. The reason to do it? Money Laundering! and to get their money out of Russia away from Mr Putin where he can't get it back. 500,000 Euros invested in Spanish property or business gave the overseas investor a Golden Visa which entitled them to live in Spain Permanently, another good reason if your a Rich Russian. If you go to London (and other places in Europe and no doubt the USA) there a lots of empty houses and apartments that sold for Million's of ££££ that are owned by overseas investors, Russians, Chinese and Arabs etc. 1

I think that I read something about Malta too, that the EU were pressuring them to tight their rules about visa investments. I know that A4 Games, Metro 2033 game series, left Ukraine and moved to Malta so that they could have more freedom about getting hardware and foreigner investment. I remember that once Radi took some furniture from that room on the back of the FR, and she was asked to put it back because that was a design furniture from the landlord and if she damaged it RLC would have to pay it back. I believe that over this time there were other indications that the Villa is rented.

The exchange rate is about 100 rubles for 1 Euro. The inflation rate in Russia in 2022 was nearly 14 percent, this year it is running a bit below 10 percent. The ruble is depreciating in value because of high levels of inflation. (Same for U.S. dollar currently under Trump.) (2) It is usually financially advantageous to invest in real assets in a growing economy. indomio.es WWW.INDOMIO.ES ^^^ The link has a map of current prices per square meter for different neighborhoods in Barcelona. You know where the villas are. If the villas are not owned by RLC, the owner is likely to be tempted to sell a villa at these prices. IMO, the owner has two choices, increase the rent to exorbitant levels, or sell and reinvest the gain in other financial instruments / properties. If RLC doesn't own properties in Barcelona, it very much missed the boat. Barcelona property prices were significantly depressed in 2013. Recovery began slowly, and by 2015, the average price for Barcelona was 3,265 euros per square meter. Subsequently, By 2024, the average price in Barcelona was €3,937 per square meter, a 5.7% annual increase, according to a May 2025 report. Recent record prices: In August 2025, the average asking price reached a new peak of €5,070 per square meter. This is a 23.12% increase compared to August 2024 (€4,118/m²).

What I asked is, if the "OG" apartments are rented, why would they have bought the ones? Especially because this has been said in this forum even before those apartments were listed.
