I must admit I was unpleasantly surprised by her face this morning when she woke up, and when I see her now I wonder how many layers of makeup that woman needs to look like she does now.

Not to completely belittle her  , none of us look our best when we've just gotten out of bed, but in her case, the contrast with later in the day is quite striking. Fortunately, she has cabinets full of makeup, and the filters on her phone do the rest for the digital outside world.
