I can’t remember the Russian/Ukrainians organizing Halloween event the previous years , this is something that many European countries haven’t fully copied . However , this year with the Latinas having taken over , it might be something happening , but then , many Spanish people are expected. Plus , the most important would be if the majority from the tenants of the other apartments could join so FINALLY to see a big gathering . 1
