I agree with ddhm and Anode that she seems to be just going through the motions now. While I would hate to see her go, I wonder what's keeping her there? Maybe she stays because leaving the project and having to get a real job is scary, so she stays unhappily in her comfort zone.

When in the 1/3 of your life have been doing exactly one thing , when have learned that you DOMINATE the minds of thousands from USA to Europe and Australia , you kind of feeling as a “ celebrity “ , a famous person who has contributed in the world . Above all , LOVING being an exhibitionist , all these things are so deep in Leora’s life that it is difficult to abandon . And of course , it is THE MONEY . Leora and Paul have made a fortune from the cameras , their limited expenses life has most probably contributed to save rather a big amount of money that they could easily buy an apartment anywhere in my humble opinion . 
 

See it differently also from our side . Whoever of us has worked or is working more than 10-15 years for the same company and doing that he / she knows , it is extremely difficult and would take many emotions to leave the working environment for a new one . But this is a job that AGE is the enemy , nobody stays young forever . I don’t say of course that Leora is old , she’s still only 34 and looking nice but there are better women than her in RLC , younger , more passionate , more motivated for this job . Leora’s age , comparing her just before departing Russia , is more than obvious . Now , if she believes that she’s INVISIBLE , that the age and reasonable “ touch “ of time isn’t affecting her , well , one more evidence of how this cameras life has sucked her brain .  
 

As you also see , the ones that no matter liking her or not , they have opinions .
