Yeah, all Ukrainians and Russians.
If you have ever house sit for someone in your own town or city, when all your stuff is at your real home 10 minutes away, all your friends have homes and places you party at regularity, the house sitting is a huge inconvenience. 

Not that RLC didn't have problems before but its getting a bit worse. Probably an unintended consequence that RLC didn't predict when bringing in the Lats
