Not natural.   Before their sexcapades, when they were just flirting and doing massages, Marcus asked her about her butt.  She explained to him what she had done.

This was quite a while ago.  She said she had her breasts, butt and liposuction done. 

I personally think she's had more done.  Her ultimate goal is to find a man with money and be a trophy wife.  So she'll do whatever she has to to keep her looks.
